Christmas Jelly – Made With Digestive Health Gelatin

2C natural cranberry juice
2C natural kiwifruit juice
1 Tin coconut milk
6T Gelatin Health – Digestive Health

Depending on how you are serving the jelly do kiwifruit or cranberry first so that
when served red layer is on top and green on the bottom.
Warm up the kiwifruit juice and add 2T of Digestive Health, mix until dissolved and
pour into the mould, cool until set.

Warm up the coconut milk and add 2T of Digestive Health, mix until dissolved and
set aside to cool but not set. Once cooled pour into the mould over cranberry layer,
cool until set.

Warm up the cranberry juice and add 2T of Digestive Health, mix until dissolved and
set aside to cool but not set. Once cooled pour into the mould over coconut layer, cool
until set.

Can be kept in the fridge until required.
When ready to serve remove from mould or serve from bowl.
