Christmas Spiced Gummies and Marshmallows – With Digestive Health

Christmas Spice Two Ways:

Christmas Spiced Tea Infusion:
3C boiling water
4cm fresh ginger
2 cinnamon stick
1 1/2t nutmeg

Slice ginger thinly.
Place spices in a bowl and tip water over, leave to infuse for 10 minutes then strain.

Gummies:
2C spiced tea
8T Gelatin Health – Digestive Health
4T honey (adjust to taste)

Sprinkle the Digestive Health over the warm tea and stir until all dissolved.
Stir in the honey.
Pour into a silicon tray or christmas moulds, once room temperature place in the
fridge to set.
Can be frozen until required.

Spiced-Gummy-Gelatin-Digestive-Health

Marshmallow:
1C honey
1C spiced tea
Pinch of salt
3T Gelatin Health – Digestive Health

Place half a cup of tea in a bowl and sprinkle over the Digestive Health, set aside.
In a large pot place remainder of tea, salt and honey.
Bring to the boil and continue to boil until temperature has reached 120 degrees
celsius.
Pour over Digestive Health mix and beat on medium speed until mixture thickens and
shines.
Pour into silicon tray or christmas moulds.
Once set slice and coat in cinnamon, cacao, tapioca or a combination of these to taste.
Can be frozen until required.
